People will teach their kids to say anything. There are adults who treat their children like they are pets, and then there are adults who treat their children like an equal and speak as they would to a normal person. I adore children’s naivety and innocence, but kids grow up quickly, and I wouldn’t mind it if my child grows up acting more mature than their age.
While I wouldn’t teach my kid to say “Whatever” at age three or however old she is, this video is nonetheless hilarious. From the eye-rolling to the hand gesture and the perfect rhythmic pronunciation, this little girl’s got it down right. Think she’ll grow up to be a mean girl? Let’s hope she won’t turn into one of those snobby Asian girls I despised in high school!
